The organization provides life-saving donated breast milk to preterm and medically fragile babies, making donor outreach a critical mission. A prominent milk bank, one of the largest in the United States, sought to expand its impact by increasing the number of breast milk donors, particularly through its website.

Our Approach

During their initial website redesign, we partnered with the milk bank to optimize their website content and enhance their online visibility, including dedicated, SEO-optimized pages for each city with a breast milk drop-off location. We launched targeted Google Ad Grants search ad campaigns.

  • In June of Year 1, we redesigned the website to improve user experience and navigation, ensuring potential donors could easily access information.

  • Additional SEO initiatives were implemented to attract searchers in newly added cities with milk drop-off locations.
